application available on
Apple Store and Google Play Store.

cities in Nigeria. The types of data collected include:

• Drivers: Name, contact information, government-issued ID, driver’s license, vehicle details

optimization.
• Location Data: GPS location to facilitate ride tracking and route planning.
• Payment Information: Bank card details for passengers and payment information for drivers to
facilitate direct
deposits.

• Driver Services: Conduct background checks (with Nigerian RoadSafety and other agencies), verify
driver identities,
and ensure vehicle compliance with local regulations.

• Improve Service: Enhance user experience, optimize performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Location-Based Services: Track rides in real-time, provide navigation, and calculate fares.

• Verification with Authorities: Driver and vehicle data is shared with RoadSafety agencies for
validation of driver’s
license, vehicle information, and insurance.
• Payment Processors: We use third-party payment gateways to process payments securely.
• Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed to comply with legal processes or governmental
requests.
5. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure
storage, to protect
personal data. Payment information is processed using PCI-DSS compliant services. Only authorized
personnel have access

6. User Verification and Authentication Passengers and drivers must complete a verification process,

validation and, for drivers, a background check. Drivers will also need to verify vehicle insurance
and registration
with relevant Nigerian authorities.

• Passengers: Payments for rides are made through the platform using bank cards.
• Drivers: Payments are made via direct deposit to the driver's verified bank account. All payment
transactions are
processed through a secure third-party service to ensure the safety and privacy of financial
information.
8. Use of Location Data We use real-time location tracking to offer core services like ride booking,
routing, and
tracking. This data ensures accurate fare calculations and enhances passenger safety.
9. Data Retention We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet
regulatory obligations,
resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. If you wish to delete your account or request specific data
deletion, contact us
through the app or at the support contact provided below.
10. User Rights Users have the right to:
